About The Position

Home Concepts Custom Remodeling LLC is hiring experienced Acrylic Bath Installers for full-time, year-round bathroom remodeling work in Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas. The company transforms outdated bathrooms using acrylic bath and shower systems, with many projects completed in as little as one day. The role involves delivering quality craftsmanship and a positive customer experience while completing installations safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of remodeling, construction, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience installing acrylic bath systems is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using power and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards.
• Complete tub-to-shower conversions and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Remove existing tubs, showers, wall surrounds, and fixtures.
• Perform finish carpentry, trim work, framing, and light drywall repairs.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install acrylic wall systems and accessories.
• Complete projects efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during installations.
• Take project photos and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and installation vehicle inventory.
