About The Position

The Lead Bath Installer is responsible for installing bath products and setting the pace and tone of each team job in accordance with work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety standards. The role includes pre-construction measurements and planning, customer support, coordinating with customers and crews, monitoring installation quality, and completing services and job documentation. The installer must follow company policies and procedures, notify management when needed, maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle and work area, and arrive ready to work on time.

Requirements

Must be able to lift more than 75 pounds.
Must be able to be on their feet for 6–9 hours a day.
Must complete the OSHA Safety Course.

Responsibilities

Install bath products according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety standards.
Set the pace and tone for each job assigned to the team.
Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications, including sizes, colors, and styles.
Perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measurements.
Provide face-to-face, phone, and email support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop solutions to support customer satisfaction.
Measure products, complete product orders, develop labor estimates, and specify additional supplies needed for projects.
Communicate with customers and crew members to resolve conflicts identified during measurement, installation, and service.
Explain the installation process to customers and answer their questions.
Monitor and assist with installations, maintaining company quality standards and customer service throughout the job lifecycle.
Complete services when necessary.
Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
Maintain the company vehicle in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
Complete the OSHA Safety Course.
Arrive on time and ready to work each day.
Keep the work area clean.
Follow company policies and procedures and notify management when needed.
