About The Position

Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager. They demonstrate friendly customer service and teamwork and are expected to show integrity and resourcefulness in a varied, fast-paced environment. Some duties are performed only when other members of the management team are absent. The position pays $17.25 per hour. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and lead or supervisory experience is required.

Requirements

• Lead or supervisory experience is required.
• Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
• Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide store leadership when the Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager is absent.
• Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
• Prepare and maintain store-operation records, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening and closing reports; conduct inspections when necessary.
• Operate the cash register and provide customer service.
• Receive, price, and stock donations.
• Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
