About The Position

Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager. They demonstrate friendly customer service and teamwork and must show integrity and resourcefulness while working in a varied, fast-paced environment. Some duties are required only when other members of the management team are absent.

Requirements

• Lead or supervisory experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening and closing reports; conduct inspections when necessary.
• Operate the cash register and provide customer service.
• Receive, price, and stock donations.
• Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
