About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating high-quality instructional materials and programs to support the learning and development needs of our employees. Your expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and training methodologies will be essential in creating engaging and effective learning experiences. You will also serve as a trusted L&D advisor to InMobi's individual contributors and collaborate closely with HR colleagues to implement the best learning interventions for their business needs. Success in this role will require a results-driven mindset, the ability to influence without authority, and a comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the instructional design process for creating learning materials, including curriculum development, content creation, and assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design and develop innovative and interactive instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and instructor-led training materials.
- Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and industry best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary revisions and improvements as needed.
- Facilitate engaging and dynamic training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to effectively deliver learning programs to diverse audiences.
- Take ownership of 'individual contributors' employee.
