About the position
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) at InMobi, you will be responsible for managing named publisher accounts and driving adoption and outcomes to increase revenue growth and penetration of the InMobi platform. Your role will involve developing strategic partnerships with premium customers, focusing on programmatic revenue opportunities and cross-selling and upselling to enhance the value delivered and strengthen the relationship between InMobi and the publisher. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal product and sales stakeholders to explore new avenues of supply and revenue growth through customized ad-formats, involved ad-experiences, and better user segment targeting. Reporting to the Senior Partner Manager, EMEA + APAC, you will oversee a multi-million-dollar customer portfolio.
