About the position

We are seeking a Country Sales Manager with a strong background in advertising sales and revenue generation in the PH market. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest and passion for online media and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts across multiple verticals in the Philippines market and leading a team of sales managers. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about our product, the market, clients, and agencies, and can develop creative, long-term solutions. Confidence, hard work, and the ability to have fun are essential qualities for success in this role. The position will be based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Help define the sales strategy and drive execution across a variety of brand verticals and agencies
  • Provide leadership for the sales managers focused on key Enterprise accounts in the Philippines
  • Collaborate with regional account management and regional campaign management teams
  • Requirements

    • Established record of advertising sales leadership and revenue generation in the PH market
    • Deep interest and passion for online media and innovation
    • Ability to manage sales efforts across multiple sales verticals
    • Experience leading and motivating a sales team
    • Knowledge of the market, clients, and agencies
    • Ability to build creative, long-term consultative solutions
    • Confidence without arrogance
    • Hardworking and able to have fun
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
    • Ability to generate demand and convert sales revenue
    • Existing relationships and ability to sustain and grow a dedicated book of business
    • Proactive in seeking out new client and industry relationships
    • Experience representing a company in the advertising community and participating in industry events
    • Proficiency in using Salesforce for pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and sales activity tracking
    • Excellent communication and transparency skills with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners

    • Knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy, and measure advertising campaigns
    • Customer-oriented with the ability to build internal and external relationships
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail under tight deadlines
    • Analytical thinking and strategic creativity
    • Collaboration in a team environment with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas
    • Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Passion for the future of Audio in advertising media mix
    • Self-starter and results-oriented
    • Experience in external speaking and media interaction
