Lawn Maintenance Account Manager
About The Position
Horizon Landscape is hiring a full-time Lawn Maintenance Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of lawn maintenance accounts. The role is central to client retention and growth, connecting client expectations with production teams and company goals. The Account Manager conducts site visits and quality walkthroughs, presents enhancement proposals, prepares estimates that protect margins, leads renewal conversations, and supports maintenance supervisors and crews in the field. The position also includes keeping client databases current and managing accounts receivable. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission; top performers earn $100,000 or more per year with commission.
Requirements
- Account management experience in the green industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to communicate well in English and Spanish.
- Ability to coach and lead field teams.
