Lawn Maintenance Foreman
About The Position
United Land Services is a commercial landscaping company providing year-round landscape maintenance and services for single-family home developments, condominium communities, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. Services include landscape design and installation, irrigation, hardscapes, and ongoing maintenance. The Lawn Maintenance Foreman oversees a team of 3–5 crew members and ensures landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role uses mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage. The foreman is also responsible for upholding quality and safety standards. The position requires extended hours Monday through Friday and may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
- Experience in lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation.
- Availability to work extended hours Monday through Friday.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
