About The Position

Naturescape of Omaha, NE is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, working outdoors in a dynamic environment. The specialist will perform precision lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. Adaptability is key, as the role pivots to snow removal in winter. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. Naturescape provides paid training and emphasizes a 'learning by doing' approach, welcoming individuals with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn, regardless of prior lawn care experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
• Manage a route and transform landscapes.
• Complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
• Assess lawn health and landscape needs.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients about landscape services.
• Pivot to snow removal during winter months.
• Obtain and maintain state pesticide certifications.
