About The Position

Naturescape of Lombard, IL is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. The position involves independent work in the great outdoors, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. Your primary responsibility is to be the face of our company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes. You will complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You will also act as a consultant and problem-solver, explaining services and assessing lawn health. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal in the winter. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. We emphasize continuous learning and development, encouraging a 'learning by doing' approach.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn
Willingness to work with current drill schedules (for military personnel)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
