About The Position

Calyx Living is hiring Laundry / Housekeepers for its new assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex. The role helps provide residents with a clean, polished, and comfortable environment by cleaning and sanitizing, making beds and changing linens, doing laundry, vacuuming, and completing other tasks as needed. Candidates should be caring, positive, and enthusiastic about making an impact in the lives of seniors.

Requirements

• Housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the team, residents, and families.
• Reliable, diligent, and hardworking.
• Able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry; stand for extended periods; and potentially move furniture.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• A caring person with a positive outlook and enthusiasm for making an impact in the lives of seniors.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.
