About The Position

The Housekeeper-Laundry provides housekeeping, janitorial, minor repair, and laundry services at The Woodlands of Hamilton, a Sonida Senior Living assisted living and memory care community in Hamilton, Ohio. The role monitors supplies and equipment, follows cleaning schedules for residents’ apartments and common areas, and tracks other repair and janitorial requests through completion. The position calls for experience in senior living or a similar environment and a commitment to exceptional customer service and care for senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory of chemicals, supplies, and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Learn residents’ apartment and common-area cleaning schedules and ensure housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks, along with minor repairs as assigned.
• Ensure other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitor their completion.
• Provide laundry services as needed or directed.
