Requirements

A strong desire to help others and compassion for older adults.

Reliable transportation.
A high school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience.
A full criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical examination, drug test, and TB testing are mandatory.
Must work in assisted living and memory care settings.

Responsibilities

Clean residential apartments, including changing beds, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning windows, bathrooms, and kitchenettes.
Do laundry and linens weekly or as needed.
Clean common areas, including bathrooms, social spaces, the wellness area, entryways, and exits.
Assist maintenance staff with duties such as room turnovers, carpet cleaning, and using the floor scrubber.
Maintain proper sanitation protocols for a healthcare setting.
