About The Position

Calyx Living is hiring Laundry / Housekeepers for its new assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex, located in Apex, North Carolina. The role is responsible for helping maintain a clean, polished, and comfortable environment for residents through cleaning and sanitizing, making beds and changing linens, doing laundry, vacuuming, and completing other necessary tasks. Candidates should be caring, positive, reliable, diligent, and hardworking. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Strongly preferred: housekeeping experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the team, residents, and families.
• Reliable, diligent, and hardworking.
• Able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry; stand for extended periods; and potentially move furniture.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.
