About The Position

The Laundry Driver maintains linen pickup and delivery schedules and keeps laundry trucks in good working condition. The role includes completing daily linen inventory and loading and unloading linen from trucks. The driver must communicate in English, follow maps or directions, and travel safely and efficiently in all weather conditions. The position requires physical work with heavy laundry bins and carts and a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver's license.
• English communication skills: read, write, and speak.
• Ability to follow maps or directions and reach destinations safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
• Ability to push or pull laundry bins or carts loaded with 200–250 pounds of soiled or dry laundry.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, lift, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Customer-service orientation and excellent hospitality skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in commercial laundry.
• At least six months of experience driving and operating light- or medium-duty box trucks, cargo vans, small flatbed trucks, or refrigerated trucks.

Responsibilities
