About The Position

The Cashier provides prompt, efficient, and professional food and beverage service at Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando. The role includes processing payments, applying charges through a point-of-sale terminal, and maintaining working knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and food preparation procedures. The Cashier stays informed about menu offerings and their ingredients, preparation, presentation, appearance, and preparation times, while monitoring guests and responding to their needs. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior cashier experience.
Knowledge of and experience in food preparation.
Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor guests, anticipate their needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction.
