About The Position

The Laundry Driver drives company trucks to facilitate the delivery of laundry to and from the hotels. The driver maintains laundry trucks in good working condition, keeps delivery items neat and organized, and adheres to departmental safety standards. The role is based in San Diego, California, and is listed as full-time on the day/evening shift.

Requirements

At least 3–6 months of relevant experience and/or training.
Valid California driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive company trucks to deliver laundry to and from the hotels.
Maintain laundry trucks in good working condition and keep them clean.
Keep delivery items neat and organized.
Adhere to departmental safety standards.
Record delivery information on delivered items.
Listen to and resolve customers’ complaints regarding products or services.
Maintain the orderly condition of the assigned work area.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.
