About The Position

The Laundry Attendant sorts, processes, and cleans linens from resort accommodations. The role assists with preparing clean linen packs and amenities packs, maintaining linen quality and quantity, and keeping work areas, bathrooms, and the breakroom clean. The attendant helps maintain a safe and comfortable work environment and performs additional duties as directed by management. The position requires standing for more than eight hours per day and lifting up to 50 pounds while stooping and bending, including repeatedly lifting 40 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday, including holidays, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The job is full-time, year-round, and at one location.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for more than eight hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds while stooping and bending, and to repeatedly lift 40 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to perform work efficiently and observe safety precautions.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
