About The Position

The Laundry Attendant performs laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens and terry for hotel guests. Duties include washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for stains and wear and tear. The role keeps the laundry area clean and organized and maintains stock and inventory. The attendant may also be asked to assist with cleaning rooms or public spaces when needed.

The position provides courteous, friendly guest service by promptly and efficiently responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. The attendant also contributes to a positive work environment for the team and guests.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures and laundry supplies.
• Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
