About The Position

As a Laundry Associate, you help make guests’ vacations more comfortable by keeping bedding, towels, and other linens clean and ready for use. You process laundry and support the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility, while helping maintain positive relationships with guests and associates through responsive customer service.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to give high priority to customer service.
Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

Load, operate, and unload washers and dryers to process laundry.
Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
Assist with monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
Respond to guest and associate inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
