About The Position

The Laundry Associate supports resort operations by processing laundry and maintaining clean, ready-to-use linens for guests and associates. The role includes operating laundry equipment, washing, folding, and ironing linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths; maintaining laundry equipment and facility cleanliness; and supporting linen inventory and housekeeping-cart preparation. The associate is expected to provide high-priority customer service and respond promptly and completely to guest and associate inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to give high priority to customer service.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload washers and dryers to process laundry.
• Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
• Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
