About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a part-time Laundry Associate at WorldMark Gleneden Beach Resort. The role supports resort guests by keeping bedding, towels, and other linens clean and ready for use. The associate processes laundry, maintains laundry equipment and the facility, supports linen inventory and housekeeping-cart preparation, and responds to guest and associate inquiries. Starting compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to give high priority to customer service.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload washers and dryers to process laundry.
• Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
• Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
