About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Laundry Attendant for WorldMark Scottsdale Resort. The Laundry Associate helps provide clean, comfortable linens for resort guests by processing laundry and maintaining the laundry facility. The role also supports housekeeping operations through linen inventory and cart preparation, and contributes to positive guest and associate experiences by responding promptly and completely to inquiries and concerns. The hourly wage is $17.50.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to give high priority to customer service.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload washers and dryers.
• Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of the laundry facility.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
