About The Position
Legacy Health Services is seeking a dependable Landscaper & Snow Removal Technician to maintain healthcare facility grounds throughout all seasons. This is year-round, full-time work with 40 hours per week guaranteed regardless of weather conditions, consistent local properties, and a stable schedule without seasonal layoffs. The role includes maintaining landscaping and outdoor areas, performing seasonal cleanup, removing snow and ice, and safely operating equipment to help keep facilities safe, attractive, and accessible.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependability and availability to respond to winter weather events when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, and outdoor common areas.
- Perform seasonal grounds maintenance and cleanup.
- Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and entrances.
- Operate landscaping and snow removal equipment safely.
- Help keep facilities safe, attractive, and accessible year-round.
