About The Position
Legacy Health Services is seeking a dependable Landscaper & Snow Removal Technician to maintain healthcare facility grounds throughout all seasons. This is year-round, full-time work with 40 hours per week guaranteed regardless of weather conditions. The role services local, consistent properties and offers a stable schedule with no seasonal layoffs. Company-provided equipment and tools are supplied.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable and available to respond to winter weather events when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, and outdoor common areas.
- Perform seasonal grounds maintenance and cleanup.
- Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and entrances.
- Operate landscaping and snow removal equipment safely.
- Help keep facilities safe, attractive, and accessible year-round.
- Be available to respond to winter weather events when needed.
