About The Position

The Landscape Design & Build Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts for a company specializing in comprehensive landscape design and construction services across the United States. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from initial inquiry through project completion. The manager will collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in landscape design, construction, or a closely related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design and build processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills are applied daily to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving targets.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools helps in tracking progress and making data-driven decisions.
