About The Position

The Landscape Crew Member maintains outdoor commercial properties through lawn care, landscaping, equipment operation, and site cleanup. The role is based onsite at The Budd Group’s Greensboro Branch in Greensboro, North Carolina, and works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The position offers consistent full-time hours and weekends off. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial landscaping or lawn care experience.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player who takes pride in outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Cut grass, edge, and use a weedeater to maintain lawn surfaces.
• Apply mulch; weed, prune, and plant shrubs and flowers.
• Safely operate standard commercial landscaping equipment and tools.
• Assist the crew leader with general site cleanup and other duties as assigned.
