HOURLY - Landscape Crew Member
About The Position
The Landscape Crew Member maintains outdoor commercial properties by performing landscaping and lawn-care work. The position is based on-site at The Budd Group’s Greensboro Branch in Greensboro, North Carolina, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The job involves active outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires repetitive lifting of 35 pounds. Weekends are off, and the role offers consistent full-time hours. Requirements
- One to three years of commercial landscaping or lawn-care experience.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability, a safety-minded approach, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Cut grass, edge lawns, and operate a weedeater to maintain lawn surfaces.
- Apply mulch; weed, prune, and plant shrubs and flowers.
- Safely operate standard commercial landscaping equipment and tools.
- Assist the crew leader with general site cleanup and other assigned duties.
