About The Position

GroundSystems, a locally owned commercial landscaping company serving the Northern Kentucky area, is hiring full-time Landscape Crew Members for year-round work. No landscaping experience is required; the company provides paid, hands-on training and the equipment needed for the job. Employees can develop practical skills and may have opportunities for career advancement. Drivers and non-drivers are welcome, and no CDL is required. Qualified team members may drive company trucks and trailers to job sites. The role involves outdoor work in changing weather conditions and may include snow and ice management during winter.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Have basic English communication skills.
Have a positive attitude, be reliable, and be willing to work as part of a team.
For driving positions, be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping experience is welcome but not required.
Interest in driving company trucks and trailers; no CDL is required.

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim lawns.
Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Prune and maintain landscape beds.
Lay sod and apply fertilizers.
Operate and care for landscaping tools and power equipment.
Keep work areas clean and safe.
Help with snow and ice management during winter.
For qualified team members in driving positions, drive company trucks and trailers to job sites.
