About The Position

The Landscape Construction Lead directs daily operations and leads a construction crew at active job sites. This is a hands-on working leadership role involving directing crew members on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager, performing landscape installation work, and helping ensure safe, high-quality project completion. Work is outdoors and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Greensboro Branch in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial landscaping, sod installation, irrigation, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to work outdoors in active environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-first leadership style.
• Goal-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members in completing project tasks assigned by the foreman and manager.
• Perform hands-on installation work, including planting sod, mulching, and routine mowing.
• Manage site irrigation systems and apply sprays as needed for plant health.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and project quality remains high.
