About The Position

BGE, Inc. is hiring a new graduate for its Land/Site Development work in Nashville. The role offers the opportunity to work on a team, learn from and receive mentorship from BGE employees, attend career-development events and training, and contribute to assigned projects while meeting deadlines and expanding professional knowledge. The role requires working in a BGE office.

Requirements

• Before starting employment, have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline.
• For engineering disciplines, have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation.
• Strong proficiency with business software such as MS Office, and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Be a strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning from and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend events and training geared toward career development.
• Work on assigned projects, meet deadlines, and expand knowledge.
