About The Position

BGE, Inc. is seeking a Land/Site Development Intern in Nashville. The intern will work on a team, learn from and be mentored by BGE employees, and attend career-development events and training. Interns participate in intern-specific activities in addition to their regular work activities. The role requires a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and the ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Be a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Be a strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Be willing and able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning from and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend events and training focused on career development.
• Participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
