About The Position

BGE, Inc. is hiring a new graduate for its Land/Site Development team in Nashville. The role provides the opportunity to work on civil engineering consulting projects while learning from and being mentored by BGE employees. The new hire will participate in career-development events and training, complete assigned project work, meet deadlines, and expand their professional knowledge. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a BGE office.

Requirements

• Before starting employment, have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline.
• For engineering disciplines, have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by graduation.
• Strong proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Be a strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Be willing and able to work in a BGE office.

Responsibilities
