About The Position

The Laborer provides labor for their location or manufacturing facility. This entry-level role includes loading, unloading, and stocking building materials. The Laborer assists the team when needed and is committed to safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to follow explicit instructions.
• Ability to lift up to and including 100 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to use a tape measure and other basic equipment as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manual labor-intensive positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load or unload building materials and components as assigned.
• Move or stock materials safely as assigned by a supervisor.
• Follow specific instructions from the direct supervisor.
• Assist other yard or manufacturing associates as required by location management.
• Operate equipment safely.
