About The Position

Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice in its Atlanta, Georgia office. The practice represents clients nationwide in employment litigation, counseling, and training. The role involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel, and offers the opportunity to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. Partnership opportunities may be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Requirements

Admission to practice law in Georgia.
At least 2 years of experience in employment law matters.
Prior employment litigation experience.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfort drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.

Nice To Haves

Employment litigation experience on the management side.
Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience.
Extensive relevant experience for consideration of partnership opportunities.
