About The Position
Labor and employment is a demanding practice, and the right environment can make all the difference in your professional development and long-term satisfaction. Aligned Talent Acquisition is interested in connecting with Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys who may be open to exploring a new firm environment. I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
