About The Position
A well-established Los Angeles law firm is hiring a defense-side Labor and Employment Attorney to handle a meaningful caseload with a clear path to advancement. The attorney will represent clients in employment litigation and advisory matters, manage cases from intake through resolution, and counsel clients on employment issues independently and as part of a collaborative legal team. The position is hybrid.
Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- At least five years of labor and employment law experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, including the ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment litigation and advisory matters.
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Manage discovery.
- Carry cases from intake through depositions, trial preparation, and resolution.
