About The Position

This is a unique 13-week travel assignment supporting five Critical Access Hospitals in rural Central Washington. Instead of a traditional assignment at one hospital, you will be part of a shared regional resource team. Your role will be to help independent rural hospitals maintain access to high-quality maternal care. This opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking adventure, autonomy, clinical variety, and the chance to contribute to a larger cause by ensuring maternity care availability for rural families. You will work alongside dedicated rural healthcare teams who are deeply connected to their communities and patients.

Requirements

3+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
Active Washington RN license OR eligible multistate/compact RN license.
ACLS
PALS
STABLE
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
Reliable transportation
Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish/English
Previous Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare experience
Previous travel nursing experience
Experience working across multiple facilities or healthcare systems
