Responsibilities

• Manage professional communication with patients and healthcare providers regarding medical declarations and billing inquiries.
• Ensure high-quality resolution of complex healthcare administrative questions with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, strictly adhering to healthcare privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in medical invoicing and payment processes.
• Provide expert guidance on the healthcare reimbursement process, serving as a primary contact for Infomedics users.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare customer support standards by providing feedback on recurring issues.
• Participate in regular team briefings to stay updated on Dutch healthcare insurance policies and regulatory changes.
