About The Position

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Worker to support culinary operations at Harrah's Laughlin. The role assists with food preparation and kitchen setup, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, washes dishes and equipment, and keeps supplies and service areas ready. The Kitchen Worker works with cooks and chefs in a fast-paced kitchen and contributes to a positive, team-focused environment consistent with Caesars’ Family Style Service.

Requirements

• Be a reliable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required.
• Must be able to maintain applicable regional gaming cards and/or licenses, if applicable.
• Must effectively communicate, read, and write in English, including reading and writing simple lists.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
