About The Position

The Craps Dealer at Harrah's Laughlin Beach Resort brings energy, precision, and Family Style hospitality to the casino floor in a fast-paced, social setting. The dealer engages with guests, deals casino games, handles chips and currency accurately, and helps maintain fair gameplay and game integrity. The role involves teamwork with fellow dealers and supervisors and includes long periods of standing and physical movement. The work environment may include secondhand smoke, bright lights, and loud noise, with flexible scheduling that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous dealing experience, typically 3–6 months.
• Valid Gaming License.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal classic and specialty games such as blackjack, craps, and roulette.
• Greet and converse warmly with guests in English.
• Ensure fair and accurate gameplay while handling chips and currency precisely.
• Observe players and report irregularities to protect the integrity of the game.
• Work as part of a team, supporting fellow dealers and supervisors.
