About The Position

The Kitchen Utility team member assists servers and kitchen staff across all areas of food service. The role involves responding to members and their guests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner; following sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment; maintaining knowledge of restaurant menus, promotions, and specials; and completing assigned side work and other duties. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and being able to adapt, make decisions, and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Friendly and personable.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
Have a passion for performing duties to the best of one's abilities and be able to adapt and improve where necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Ability to think on one's feet and make decisions when needed.
Ability to be on one's feet for up to 8 hours.
