About The Position

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join its kitchen team. Kitchen Team Members assist with kitchen setup, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation. The role involves preparing food to order, following standard recipes, maintaining kitchen equipment and workspaces, handling and storing food safely, and following company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lead and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
• Follow standard recipes.
• Set up and tear down the food preparation workspace.
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment.

• Follow food service safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen.
