About The Position

Kitchen Team Associates prepare food and help provide an exceptional dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards. They may work at the front counter, drive-through, or in the kitchen in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Friendly and helpful demeanor.
Some high school education.
Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements; it must be acquired at the employee's expense.
Ability to prepare hot and cold foods and use a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment.
Ability to work quickly without losing accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops.
Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations.

Operations experience is a plus.
