About The Position

Kitchen Team Associates cook food and maintain high standards of cleanliness while helping provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. They work in a safe, supportive, fast-paced environment and may be assigned to the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen. Training is provided for candidates without prior experience, with opportunities to build skills and pursue career growth.

Requirements

Friendly and helpful team members.
Some high school.
Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and must be acquired at the associate’s expense.

Nice To Haves

Operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
Follow operating standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and across positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals.
