About The Position
Moji Food Central Kitchen is hiring Kitchen Staff to support daily kitchen operations and perform dishwashing duties at its Stafford, Texas work site. The role includes preparing ingredients and cooking food according to standard procedures and recipes, maintaining food storage and stock, and cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas. Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen manager in daily operations.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including kneading dough, making fillings, and handling raw materials.
- Follow standard operating procedures to prepare and cook food.
- Ensure food and other items are stored properly.
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances, and workstations.
- Follow standard recipes and special diet orders.
- Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
- Perform fast-paced dish cleaning.
