About The Position

Moji Food is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support its dumpling manufacturing team. The role combines mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance with general upkeep of the Stafford facility. The technician will help keep production machinery running smoothly and the warehouse and office in good condition, while following food safety standards. The position is one shift per day, 40 hours per week, with pay of $25 per hour.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Strong understanding of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic 110V/220V electrical systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in production conditions that may be refrigerated or humid.
Ability to work independently in a small-team setting.
Reliable transportation to the Stafford facility.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on food-processing equipment, including mixers, dumpling-forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers.
Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs, lighting maintenance, and general handyman tasks around the warehouse and office.
Diagnose mechanical or electrical failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
Complete repairs according to food safety standards and keep maintenance logs.
Keep the maintenance shop area clean and organized.
Track spare machine parts and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.
