About The Position

Ziker Cleaners is seeking an experienced Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment and facilities across its retail stores, production facilities, and office locations. This hands-on role involves varied daily work, including troubleshooting industrial equipment and maintaining the production facility. The technician helps ensure operations remain safe and efficient, responds to urgent repair needs, and identifies ways to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency. The position is full-time, with competitive pay based on experience and 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair industrial washers, dryers, presses, boilers, conveyors, and production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issues.
Complete building repairs, including lighting, doors, drywall, painting, locks, and general maintenance.
Support multiple Ziker Cleaners retail stores, production facilities, and office locations.
Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors when necessary.
Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance schedules.
Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
