Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant or kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Back of House operations to ensure consistent food quality, accuracy, and efficiency while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
Create a positive, team-oriented environment where team members feel supported, motivated, and encouraged to succeed.
Provide hands-on training, constructive feedback, and accountability to help team members grow and perform at their best.
Ensure food safety procedures, quality assessments, and restaurant policies are consistently followed, while maintaining a safe working environment.
Uphold high standards and ensure guests receive fresh, safe, high-quality food.
Demonstrate teamwork, excellence, perseverance, influence, and integrity, setting a positive example for the team.
